All New Member inquiries must have referral from a current member in good standing
Business Hours
We operate by appointment only, appointments can be made for the following days and times, special arrangements may be made with advance notice.
Monday – Friday: 9am - 6pm
Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: Closed
Day Care Hours are from 7AM - 6PM
Monthly Day Care Members enjoy our extended hours from 6AM - 9PM
* Special arrangements may be made in advance to check in or check out on Sundays between 3:30 pm and 6:40 pm.
Check-In Times
Current Members: Monday – Friday: 6am - 10am and 4pm-7:30pm
Saturday: 4:30-7:30pm
New Members will be given a scheduled appointment for both check-in and check-out, it is important that you keep your scheduled appointment time.
Check-Out Times
Current Members Monday – Saturday: 3:30 - 7:30pm
Holiday Hours
- The office is closed on New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
- Memorial Day and Labor Day the office is open for pre arranged checkouts only from 3-6pm.
- On Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, the office is only open between the hours of 9am-4pm. There is no checking in or out after 4pm. If the eve falls on a Sunday, the office is closed.
BOARDING
All Stays are Non-Kennel In Our Home, all stays are charged on a daily basis, for example an overnight stay for a under 40# member dog would be 25 X2 charged day of check-in and check-out, under 40# non-member would be $27 x2, we do not have nightly rates, no exceptions.
CAMP, DAY CARE & SPA
We require proof of vaccinations PRIOR to your pet's arrival for any services offered by PPSOMD:
Dogs: Rabies, 1yr Distemper**, Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, 1 yr Distemper**
**We require current vaccinations, or current vaccination titers (valid for 1 year). 3 year distemper vaccinations are accepted but only if it is licensed and labeled 3 year by USDA. Please check with your veterinarian.
